The Public Safety Center construction team has been working tirelessly. Currently, there is an average of 35-40 workers on site, on any given day. They are installing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the basement, first, and second floor. The underground work finalized last week. All the plywood has been installed on the perimeter of the building. The insulation and roofing work are ongoing. In the next few weeks, the contractor will start the exterior stucco installation and is targeting to finish the roof in mid-September. This timing is perfect to ensure that the building is protected from the rains. The Public Safety Center is still on schedule for completion in mid-2020.
