The City of San Rafael is seeking proposals from responsible, qualified firms for the City’s Downtown Traffic Signal Improvements Project. The traffic signals associated with this project are located in Downtown San Rafael. In general, the scope of work includes controller upgrades (with existing signal timing), cabinet upgrades, and installation of video detection cameras, conduit, wiring, pull boxes and wireless devices or antenna for communication.
