Sea Level Rise White Paper Appendices
The Appendices document San Rafael’s levees and shorelines as part of the 2014 Sea Level Rise White Paper. The white paper was prepared as a ‘first step’ in responding to the need to prepare for shoreline defense in the original San Rafael Climate Change Action Plan (CCAP), which was adopted in 2009.
