Thanks to voter support for Measure P, the City of San Rafael is moving ahead with the planning and delivery of a brand-new Main Library and Community Center at Albert Park.
On Monday, October 6, the City Council will receive its first formal update on the project and consider awarding a contract for Capital Project Management services to guide implementation. This important milestone ensures that the City has the professional expertise and capacity needed to successfully deliver on this transformational community project.
