City administrative offices and facilities will be closed from Monday, December 25, 2017 through Monday, January 1, 2018. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.
Services Available
Police, fire and paramedic services will be fully staffed with 9-1-1 emergency service continuing to dispatch calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some facilities will be open at full, or limited hours:
- Downtown and Pickleweed Libraries will be closed December 25th and January 1st.
- The Parking Services Division will be closed on December 25th & January 1st. Parking Downtown is free on these two holidays.
- The Parking Services Administrative office will be closed on December 26th. Payment will still be required on these days in Downtown & enforcement will still take place. The 3 hours free parking in all City lots & garages will apply on December 26th.
- Some limited building inspection service will be available by appointment only. To schedule, please call (415) 485-3367 by Friday, December 22nd.
Public Works and Sanitation District will monitor emergency maintenance requests.
