Creating more useable workspace

The Facilities team finished an important project during the holiday by removing a wall and several large file cabinets that separated the HR and Finance Department. This open floorplan will create more usable space for employees and facilitate improved workflow for both departments.

San Rafael Community Center HVAC split system replacement

San Rafael Community Center required replacement heating and cooling equipment.  Work began with an industrial crane removing the rooftop AC unit, and delivering a new unit. The indoor heating unit was also replaced. Having the rooms climate controlled helps keep all the patrons and staff happy.

City Hall gym subfloor improvements

The Facilities team moves into the final phase of construction of the City Hall Gym. Subfloor Reinforcement, heavy-duty rubberized floor mats were installed, as well as wall base and paint. The room is now ready for workout equipment to be put into place!
