“This project was a true public-private collaboration with multiple city departments, local businesses, and nonprofits all pitching in. The rehabilitation of the 5th & C Garage included a new modern paint job designed in collaboration with Fox and Kit business owners Kyoko and Devin Westberg. In addition to the paint job and new landscaping, staff teamed up with the Downtown San Rafael Arts District to display artwork from six local artists. Artwork will rotate every six months on either side of the sign on the corner of Fifth Avenue and C Street.”
