B Street will be converted to TWO-WAY Traffic between Second Street and 5th Avenue this Sunday night November 19, 2023. The switchover will take several hours during which the easterly lane will be closed. Work begins at 8 pm and it is expected to take several hours to complete. After the striping, signage, and signal changes have been completed, B Street will be opened to Two-Way Traffic. There will be notifications signs alerting drivers to the change of conditions.
