PG&E will be closing the road near 133 Martens Blvd to work on the gas facilities in the area. The closure will happen Monday, 12/29 between approximately 9am – 3pm. They have an approved encroachment permit EP-25-608 and affected properties have also been notified.

Caltrans’s contractor, Ghilotti Bros, will be working at night to continue constructing the roundabout improvements at the Freitas Pkwy and Civic Center Dr intersection. The left westbound lane on 3rd St in front of San Rafael High School is closed due to emergency repairs. We anticipate that the lane will remain closed through next week while the City completes the repairs. Staff will send any updates as they come.
