Cal Elite Builders poured the retaining wall for the new eletrical pad on Saturday. They have started compacting back-fill inside of the wall in preparation for pouring the new electrical pad. After this project is complete and new switch gear is installed the infrastructure at City Hall will be ready for solar panel installation on the roof and in the lower parking lot following Council approval of the new solar installation at the April 2nd meeting of the City Council.
