Project Description

The proposed project includes a lot line adjustment that separates the two lots into an upper lot (54 Fremont) with access from Fremont Road and a lower lot (vacant lot on Marquard) with access from Marquard Avenue. The proposed new single-family residence and most of the site work associated with this new residence is on the lower lot (Marquard Ave). The applicant is also proposing to do some remodeling of the existing residence located at 54 Fremont.
