On Monday, May 19, as part of the project to help traffic congestion at the Bellam Boulevard US101 off-ramp and I-580 on-ramp, Caltrans subcontractors will be delivering additional equipment and materials to the construction site.
There will not be any lane closures to accommodate the deliveries, as the activity will take place outside of high-volume traffic hours.
If necessary, between the hours of 5AM – 7AM and 9AM – 2PM on May 19, flaggers will intermittently stop traffic on Bellam Boulevard for less than 5 minutes at a time to allow deliveries to safely make it to the construction site.
Doing these deliveries outside of the high-volume traffic hours will ensure that the public impact is minimized.
