2023 Sewer Improvements- Various Locations

This picture shows the trench dug for the installation of the new sewer mainline on Madrona St

As of January 10th, the following locations have been completed:

• Madrona Street
• Billou Street
• Edgewood Way
• McCoy Road,
• 4^th St and C St.
• Bayo Vista Way
• Terradillo Easement between  Marinita Ave and Terradillo Ave.
• 4^th St. between Mary St and Grand Ave.

The following work is scheduled to take place over the next month:

• West Crescent Ave Easement: The installation of the sewer mainline is taking place January 6^th– January 14^th, the reconnections of the laterals  will begin shortly after.
• Grove Street: The reconnection of the sewer mainline to manhole will tentatively take place January 15^th – January 22^nd
• Neame Ave Easement : The sewer mainline installation and lateral reconnections will be taking place on January 20^th through January 31^st.
• Oakhurst Ave:  The rehabilitation of the mainline will be taking place January 31^st through February 12^th.
