On October 15, the City of San Rafael and County of Marin proudly announced the next step in their partnership to address homelessness: the 350 Merrydale Interim Shelter Project.
This project will provide 65 temporary, individual cabins and on-site support services designed to give residents a stable, private space.
In the long term, the site will become a deed-restricted affordable housing development.
