Swearing in Ceremony

The City of San Rafael is pleased to announce that it has sworn-in two new council members, a city clerk and a city attorney. There was a packed crowd at the December 10 swearing-in ceremony as friends, family and neighbors congratulated the new leaders. It was also a time to say goodbye to out-going City Council Members Paul Cohn, Gary Phillips, City Attorney Gary Ragghianti and City Clerk Jeanne Leoncini.

The new leadership will conduct their first City Council meeting on December 17.
