City of San Rafael

 A celebration took place at Northgate as the newly renovated Mall re-opened to the public this month. This has been a forty year journey from the time the Mall opened to today where we celebrate this project and the partnership between Marcerich (Northgate Owners) and the City. It truly is a model example of a collaborative effort resulting in a benefit to the community. And of course, Northgate contributes significantly to the tax revenue of the city. For all these reasons and more, I am pleased to be welcoming the new Northgate and forty great retailers to San Rafael. If you haven’t seen the changes yet, I recommend that you check it out.
