On Friday, April 4, Mayor Al Boro delivered his State of the City address at the annual State of the City Dinner and Awards Night which was held at the B Street Community Center. This event has become a very important affair for the San Rafael community. It provides an opportunity for San Rafael residents and business representatives to gather and celebrate the vitality of our wonderful city while honoring the Businesses of the Year, the Citizen of the Year, and the City Employee of the Year.
