What we do:

• Planning, design, administration, and construction management of Capital Improvement Projects
• Coordination of City projects with other departments and neighborhoods
• Liason with CalTrans on design and construction of State/City projects (e.g., Hwy 101 HOV Lane)
• Administration of the Clean Water Program for the City
• Land Development plan review for subdivisions and smaller private developments
• Issuance and approval of Encroachment and other Permits
• Infrastructure Asset Management (e.g., Pavement Management, Facilities Mapping)
• Administers the City's Geographic Management System (GIS)
