Call back Pay: 1.5 hourly rate with two hour minimum

Bilingual Pay: 10% expert, 5% fluent and 2.5% conversational

125 Plan: Employee may elect pre-tax deductions for health insurance premium costs and/or select pre-tax deduction for annual dependent care costs.
