Long Term Disability Insurance: 2/3 employee’s monthly salary up to a maximum of $7500
Life Insurance: Basic coverage equal to 1x the employee’s annual base salary

Retirement: Marin County Retirement 2.7% @ 55
Employee pays 100% of employee share
Retiree Medical: Mid-Managers hired on or after April 1, 2007 - $600/month (no dependent coverage)
Mid-Managers hired prior to April 1, 2007 and who retired before December 1, 2001 - $442/month, plus Medicare premiums
Mid-Managers hired prior to April 1, 2007 and who retire on or after December 1, 2001 - Same as active employees (including Dependent coverage) plus Medicare premiums.
Administrative Leave: 7 days per year
Holidays: 11 holidays plus 2 floating holidays
Vacation: 15 days per year for the first five years
Incremental increases annually to a maximum of 25 days per year
Sick Leave: 12 days per year
Deferred Compensation: Employee options, no City contribution
125 Plan: Employee may elect pre-tax deductions for health insurance premium costs, medical expense reimbursement and/or select pre-tax deduction for annual dependent care costs.
Employee Assistance Program: Up to 8 visits per year
