Administrative Leave: 2 days per year for Supervisory Unit
Holidays: 11 holidays plus 2 floating holidays

Incremental increases annually to a maximum of 25 days per year
Sick Leave: 12 days per year
Deferred Compensation: Employee options, no City contribution
Court Pay: For Parking Enforcement Officer only: 4 hours pay if appearance is scheduled on day off.
Standby Pay: 6 hours of base hourly pay rate for each day of standby (maintenance personnel)
Call back Pay: If on standby a minimum of 2 hours at 1.5 rate; and if non-standby, minimum of 4 hours.
Acting Pay: Out of class compensation 5%.
Bilingual Pay: $150 per month for full fluency if used in position.
125 Plan: Employee may elect pre-tax deductions for health insurance premium costs, medical expense reimbursement and/or select pre-tax deduction for annual dependent care costs.
Employee Assistance Program: Up to 8 visits per year
