Holidays: 11 holidays plus 2 floating holidays for 37.5 hour employees; 12 holidays plus 1 floating holiday for 56 hour employees
Vacation: 15 days per year for first five years for 37.5 hour employees
Incremental increases annually to a maximum of 25 days per year
180 hours per year for first five years for 56 hour employees
Incremental increases annually to a maximum of 300 hours per year

Deferred Compensation: Employee options, no City contribution
