How to Review the DEIR
Copies of the DEIR have been sent to all responsible governmental agencies and key interest groups. Interested members of the public may review the DEIR as follows:
1. The City website (Volumes I & II in their entirety are provided and broken down by chapter).
2. Hard copies of DEIR can be reviewed at the San Rafael City Hall (Planning Division, 1400 Fifth Avenue, 3rd Floor), San Rafael Public Library (1100 E Street), and the Marin County Library (Marin County Civic Center, 3501 Civic Center Drive, Room 414).
3. A limited amount of loaner copies may be checked out from the City of San Rafael Community Development Department (Planning Division, 1400 Fifth Avenue, 3rd Floor, San Rafael, CA) for a two-week period.
4. Electronic versions of the DEIR on CD may be purchased for $3 from the City of San Rafael Community Development Department (Planning Division, 1400 Fifth Avenue, 3rd Floor, San Rafael, CA).
In an effort to reduce paper, extra hard copies are not for sale. Anyone interested in purchasing a hard copy of the DEIR would need to purchase a CD and have it reproduced at a copy store.
How to Comment on the EIR
Comments may be submitted during the public review period beginning March 11 through April 28, 2009, in the following ways:

Public Hearings:
Oral comments on the DEIR will be accepted by the Planning Commission at a public hearing scheduled for April 28, 2009 at 7pm in the San Rafael Council Chambers, 1400 Fifth Avenue, San Rafael, CA
