The Planning Division is responsible for processing applications for new development and for long range planning of the City, including maintaining the General Plan which establishes policies for future growth. The Planning Division provides staff support for the Planning Commission and Design Review Board

Please note that due to budget cuts and staffing reductions, the Planning Division Counter will be CLOSED on Tuesday and Friday afternoons (between the hours of 12:45 pm and 5:00 pm).
The closure is effective Monday, August 10, 2009.
