Critical Facilities Committee
The Critical Facilities Committee was a group of twelve volunteer members appointed by the City Council to study the city's need for a capital development program to replace or renovate facilities deemed critical to public safety, staff safety and operational effectiveness, and the maintenance of the quality of life in San Rafael.
